I'm Dinesh, a Product Designer at McKinsey & Company. I design AI systems and enterprise platforms—search, knowledge work, workflows—where getting it right actually matters.

My background is HCI (Indiana University), and I've spent the last decade thinking about how people work. I've designed educational simulations at Forio (Harvard, MIT, Meta), built products in India, and now I spend my time on enterprise-scale problems: how do you make AI feel trustworthy? How do you surface complexity without overwhelming users? How do you design for judgment, not just automation?

I'm curious about almost everything—how systems scale, how research informs design, how the interface shapes what's possible. Learning new things isn't a side project; it's just how I work.

When I'm not designing, I'm probably reading about AI, tinkering with code, or thinking about how to explain hard things clearly.
