Drawxi: an accessible tool for team collaboration
In the modern workplace where all manner of visual communication is employed, the visually impaired are left at a disadvantage in communication and consequently, collaboration. Drawxi is an audio-haptic enabled tool that enables two-way communication and collaboration between sighted users and those with those visual impairments.
Talentify: App for an employable Indian generation
Talentify is an Android e-learning platform that aims to deliver high-quality educational content to Indian college students. Talentify lays emphasis on giving the students practical skills that would make them more employable and provides direct access to recruiters from all over India. In this redesign, we developed information architecture, gamification systems to keep the students engaged and a robust visual system to support these different content types.
Team Indus: Website design in the age of aerospace
Team Indus is a private aerospace company sown and grown in my home country, India. This is a complete overhaul of their website into a rich visual experience combining storytelling and a crowdfunding campaign to gain additional support for the space mission. The process involved collaboration with the organization’s scientists, marketing and operation teams and the design and development team at Parallel Labs.
Guidelines for empathy in online communication
This award-winning project was presented at IxDA 2019 in Seattle. The million-dollar question was this, “How could we use present technological limitations to improve empathy in online professional communication?” After a 72-hour designathon, under the mentorship of seasoned Microsoft Designers, we presented a set of guidelines to bring greater empathy in online communication environments.
